Tennessee Boulders LLC provides natural stone materials, including wall boulders, aggregates, and related products, as well as coordination of delivery and freight logistics. All orders, quotes, and transactions made through this website or directly with our representatives are subject to these Terms.
 

2. Orders and Payments
 

  • All orders are subject to confirmation of availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.

  • Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and may vary depending on shipping location and material costs.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments through secure online platforms, including Stripe, Wix Payments, and other approved processors.

  • Any applicable taxes or fees will be added to your total at checkout.
     

3. Adjustments and Credits
 

If a discount or credit is applied to an order, it may be used to offset additional costs due to changes in order quantity, material selection, or delivery logistics. Any unused portion of a conditional credit or discount will be refunded upon final reconciliation.
 

4. Shipping and Delivery
 

  • Freight and delivery are coordinated through third-party carriers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, quarry production, or logistics.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product leaves the quarry or distribution yard.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the delivery site and for inspecting materials upon arrival.
     

5. Returns and Cancellations
 

Due to the nature of our products (natural stone and custom freight coordination), all sales are considered final once payment is processed.
Cancellations or modifications may be approved only if materials have not yet been loaded or shipped, subject to applicable handling or restocking fees.
 

6. Product Information
 

All materials are natural stone and may vary in color, size, shape, and texture. Product images on the site are for reference only. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that natural variations are inherent and not grounds for a refund or return.
 

7. Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tennessee Boulders LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
