At Tennessee Boulders LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality natural stone materials and reliable delivery coordination. Because our products are custom-sourced, heavy freight items, and often prepared specifically per order, all sales are final.
 

1. All Sales Final
 

All orders are considered final once materials have been sourced, loaded, or scheduled for shipment. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products and logistics process.
 

2. Ethical and Fair Business Practices
 

We believe in fairness, transparency, and ethical business conduct. If an issue arises with an order or delivery, we will work in good faith to review the matter and reach a reasonable resolution within the boundaries of our stated policy and applicable South Carolina law.
 

3. Conditional Refunds or Credits
 

In rare circumstances, if an order is canceled before materials are sourced, loaded, or shipped, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Refunds may also be issued in cases of verified overpayment, unused credit adjustments, or billing errors.

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Tennessee Boulders LLC complies with all applicable South Carolina state laws regarding sales, contracts, and refunds. Our goal is to maintain transparent and lawful business practices while ensuring customer satisfaction wherever possible.
