• Natural variation means exact duplication isn’t possible

Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final: Due to the nature and size of our boulders, all sales are final. Once a shipment leaves our facility, we cannot accept returns.

2. Inspection Before Delivery: Customers are encouraged to inspect the shipment upon delivery. The Bill of Lading (BOL) must be signed at delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be noted on the BOL at the time of delivery. Claims not documented at delivery may not be honored.

3. Damaged or Missing Items:

• If boulders are damaged or missing, notify us immediately with photos and the signed BOL.

• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods, not shipping or labor costs.
  

4. Cancellations:

• Orders may only be canceled before shipment and are subject to a restocking or processing fee of up to 15% of the order total.

• Once the shipment is scheduled or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss:

• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the shipment leaves our facility.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access, handling equipment, and site readiness for delivery.

6. Refunds:

• Refunds are only issued if:

  • The order was cancelled prior to shipment, minus applicable fees, or

  • The carrier delivers damaged goods and the claim is verified.

• Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the boulders, excluding freight, handling, and insurance.

7. Insurance Recommendation For high-value orders, we strongly recommend purchasing cargo insurance to protect your shipment. We can provide guidance or connect you with a short-term Shipper’s Interest policy.

By completing your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Delivery Address: Please enter the full street address where the boulders will be delivered. Include suite, unit, or lot numbers if applicable.

Contact Name: Provide the name of the person who will receive the shipment and sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).

Phone Number: Include a phone number for the delivery contact. This allows the carrier to call for directions, schedule confirmation, or if any issues arise.

Delivery Window / Hours: Specify the hours when someone will be available to receive the shipment. If the site has restrictions (gate codes, security, dock rules, etc.), please note them here.

Special Instructions: If your site requires a liftgate, forklift, or any other special handling, indicate it via email prior to purchase. I nclude any notes about driveway conditions, obstacles, or placement instructions.

Acknowledgment: By providing shipping information, you confirm that:

• The delivery contact will be available during the specified window.

• The shipment will be signed for upon delivery on the BOL.

• All special instructions provided will be accurate and sufficient for the carrier.
